Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation. This delay may vary during busy periods or exceptional absences (holidays, events).
A confirmation email is sent as soon as the package is shipped.

Package Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once the order is shipped. The package can be tracked directly on the carrier's website.

Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to the destination country's regulations.
It is recommended to check with the destination country's customs services before placing an order.
Upon Reception
- Depending on the carrier and delivery method chosen, a signature may be required upon delivery.
- If no one is home, a delivery notice will be left. The package can be picked up at the post office or pickup point depending on the carrier.
- It is recommended to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt.
Damaged or Lost Package

If the package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt. These photos will be necessary for insurance claims with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Package
If the package appears to be stuck or does not arrive within the expected time, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
Responsibility
In accordance with regulations, the seller remains responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the package is received by the recipient. In case of loss or damage, a solution will be found (replacement or refund).
