Returns and Withdrawal

At Atelier Saunei, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, here are our return conditions.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.

Exceptions (custom items)

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised: made-to-order items, specific colour choices or custom inscriptions. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Returned in their original condition
Properly protected in their original packaging
Sent with the order number

Any item returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

Partial returns

You may return only part of your order. In that case, only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Initial delivery costs remain due, as the shipping was for the items you kept.

Return procedure

Form: use our contact form and select « Return request » using the withdrawal form template below.
Shipping: after we confirm, send the parcel to the address we will provide.
Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for loss or theft of the parcel during return transit.

Refund

The refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving and checking the product.
